What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (est) and Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm (est). We are closed on Sundays.

Can you deliver my order today?
Can you deliver my order today? Orders for delivery in the greater Burlington area are eligible for same day delivery if received by 10:30 am (EST). Orders for delivery in other cities are usually eligible for same day delivery if the order is received by us no later than 10:30 am (EST.) Deadlines for same day delivery eligibility will vary during busy floral holiday periods.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you have an account with our shop you may pay by entering your account number when ordering.
Are there any delivery charges or tax?
All orders are subject to sales tax of 6% to 7% tax and $9.99 to $25.00 for delivery based on the recipient's delivery location. You will have an opportunity to review a summary of your order including all tax and delivery charges before you complete your order.
What about substitutions?
Not all flowers are available year-round. Some flowers are seasonal or only available regionally. Where they are not available, the closest substitute will be used. Some plants are only available during certain seasons or in certain regions. In such case, we will substitute the closest type of plant at an equal or higher value. Some containers during holidays may not be readily available, and in such case a similar container will be used. If you do not want any part of your order substituted as needed, please mention this when ordering.
What about orders going outside of the U.S.?
To place an order for delivery outside of the US, please call us at least 24 hours before your requested delivery date. There are special conditions and pricing that applies to international orders.

Is the arrangement in the photo exactly what will be delivered?
Since each bloom is unique, no two arrangements will be exactly the same. The overall style, types of flowers, arrangement of the flowers and container will be the same or similar to what is pictured (see "What about substitutions?" above). The photos are provided as a guide for you and the designer of your arrangement.
