We aim to keep the same style and aesthetic of your selected items. Flower shortages and shipping delays may at times limit availability of some flowers and containers. To ensure a timely delivery of your order substitutions of flowers and/or containers may be required. Please be sure to provide a working phone number for the recipient of your order so that we can contact them to make delivery arrangements when needed. If the recipient is not available, your order may be left with a reception desk as needed. Deliveries will be made during regular business hours. During any inclement weather, including cold or hot temperatures, we do not leave any flowers or plants on a porch or by a door as doing so will quickly cause significant damage to your gift.
